Teacher's digital competence 

OBJECTIVES:

D1 Design, planning and didactic implementation

Capacity of selection, use and evaluation of digital technologies as support in the definition and implementation of the teaching-learning process, both inside and outside the classroom, in order to optimise the planning and dynamic organisation of the experiences, the activities and the resources foreseen to guarantee the acquisition of learning and to facilitate the collaboration and deployment amongst the educational community.

- Respect this objective, I think that I'm at level 7 because nowadays we know lots of digital technologies as a resources in teaching and learning process but I know that there are many of these that I have no idea yet. For this reason, I think that I have too much for learning this year and to know how to planning and select better digital resources.

D2 Organisation and management of School environment and educational resources

Ability to organise and manage digital technologies responsibly and sustainably, in a way that they facilitate and/or improve working conditions, both in terms of educational management, as well as at a teaching level.

- In this objective I have chosen level 5 because I think that I would be able to organize and manage digital technologies but not perfect; I can learn more about this and I want it. I think that it's necessary to know how we have to use these digital resources in order to facilitate the working conditions of our students and to know how we can adapt it at their level.

D3 Communication and collaboration

Set of knowledge, skills, atitudes, strategies and awareness required when using digital technologies to communicate, collaborate, create and share content and build knowledge in the framework of the design, implementation or evaluation of an educational ac7on between teachers and students.

- I think that level 6 is good for me in this objective because I could know how to communicate using digital technologies but there are some knowledge, skills and strategies that I do not know yet.

D4 Ethical and digital citizenship

Knowledge and acceptance of the implications arising from the use of digital technologies in the educational field with regards to the issues of legality, security and digital identity. Training of students on these issues so that they can make ethical and responsible use of these tecnologies.

- Respect this objective, I have chosen level 5 because I'm a prudent and careful person and I try to protect as much I can the fundamental rights to personal privacy and I think that with the digital technologies I would do the same. I think that I could training on these issues so that my students can try to make an ethical and a responsible use of the technologies which work at class.

D5 Professional development

Reflective practice on teachers' professional activity in relation to the educational challenges posed by today's society. Involvement in virtual educational environments where their digital identity shows up, and where teacher provides and shares professional and educational resources on a permanent basis.

- Respect this one, I think I'm on level 3 because obviously that in relation of the professional development I have no idea and I have lots of things to know about this. I still learning things about digital technologies and I don't think that I could participate in professional development activities yet.
